• Somersville Towne Center's Guest Services and Security Booth is located in the Macy's wing and is open during all mall hours.
• Our uniformed Security Team monitors the center 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Mall Guests who require wheelchair assistance may visit the Security Booth to check-out a wheelchair during their shopping visit.
• The Security Booth also acts as a first aid station and lost and found collection center.
• Security will also provide guest escorts to their cars as needed.
• Not only will you see security inside of Somersville Towne Center, but it also has a presence in the exterior portion of the mall through the mall's bike patrol and security vehicle.

In addition to patrolling both the interior and exterior of Somersville Towne Center, our Security team has a camera surveillance system to keep an eye on things inside the mall as well as out.  S.C.A.N. monitors parking lots, entrances and corridors thoroughly.  Seventeen low light, color cameras keep the big picture in view for the mall's Security Team.

With S.C.A.N., Security can quickly identify and respond to questionable activity, medical emergencies, parking lot traffic problems and any other situation in which our shoppers might need assistance.
